Amazing Spiderman #194. Key issue! First appearance of the Black Cat. Good shape. I'm not a professional grader so I'm not about grade. I don't see a lot wrong with it. I zoomed in on one possible trouble area. Other than that it looks great. I will ship in container that should help maintain condition.
